Enterprise Care believes that our procedures should constantly be examined to ensure that we are successfully achieving our stated aims and purposes. We welcome and encourage feedback from our service users, their friends and relatives as well as carers and other health care professionals, and are responsive to suggestions and criticisms.

Feedback is always appreciated at any time and we welcome comments by phone, email and letter. Every year we ask our service users and, where appropriate, their families to complete a satisfaction survey about our services and our care workers
